We digitize all designs for the best look while using the least amount of stitches, trims and color changes possible. We test all of our digitized files on our own equipment, trying to eliminate tread breaks and other production problems.
Artwork for Embroidery
For highest quality designs we need good artwork. We like to use vector files, but bitmaps are also acceptable:
The formats that we accept include AI, EPS, TIFF, BMP, GIF, JPG. We can work with most files used by Adobe (CS and earlier), Corel Graphics Suite (11 and earlier) and Macromedia (MX and earlier) programs.

For simple designs 72-150 dpi is adequate. For detailed, intricate designs, or for Embroidery Portraits we might need pictures with 300 dpi or higher.
We will Not digitize copyrighted designs or logos unless we get the permission from the owner, or a copy of the Permission of Use for that particular design or logo.
